JOB DESCRIPTION

 - Build the sales strategy and action plan and to fulfill those activities to achieve the target
 - Make plan to take next action for those customers and lead the team to achieve the target
 - To actively participate in networking opportunities in business community acting
 - Feedback the information from customers precisely
 - To make initial contact, present company services and facilitate communications between client prospects.
 - To provide support in negotiating proposals with new customers.

REQUIREMENT

 - Master's degree of Human Resource management
 - Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience for a major company of a large corporation operating multi-branch extensively, dealing with multi-products.
 - Experience in preparing monthly company analysis/report analyzed by function, by branch, and by department and advise management strategic views
 - Proficient in Power Point and MS office, Internet and E-mail

In addition, we will train technical intern trainees such as auto mechanics in Cambodia, and work to solve the labor shortage in Japan and improve the technical level of Cambodia in a sending business that supports employment in Japan.

JOB DESCRIPTION

 - Review and ensure all transactions are correctly booked into system
 - Ensure understanding and full compliance of company's accounting policy
 - Review AP aging and prepare payment plan to supplier
 - Review AR aging and prepare collection plan from clients both car sale and printer rental business
 - Verify payroll at bank
 - Handle with tax auditing
 - Handle with external auditing
 - Prepare cash forecast and cash position
 - Ensure payment to supplier is made correctly and in term with enough and valid supporting documents
 - Verify invoice issued and ensure collection& repayment from client is done correctly and in term
 - Verify monthly tax purchase and sale record, and payroll before sent to EY
 - Ensure complete monthly account close including reconcile and clean all balance sheets
 - Produce financial report
 - Verify fixed asset register and depreciation
 - Verify inventory register and cost calculation
 - Verify insurance received on behalf of client and repayment to Forte, and
 - Verify and follow up for commission fee from Forte
 - Ensure all the documents both in soft and hard are maintained properly and parelel
 - Control loan and repayment to RJG
 - Support in preparing business plan and strategy
 - Support in analyzing on company financial health and provide recommendation for business improvement
 - Coach and develop team
 - Other tasks assigned by line manager

JOB REQUIREMENT

 - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
 - Require minimum 3-year experience in Accounting or Finance or similar role
 - Computer Literacy especially MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
 - Familiar with Quick Books accounting software.
 - Ability to work as a team and in a multi-cultural environment and management.
 - High responsibilities, commitment and working ability to meet the deadline and results-oriented.
 - Good interpersonal skills and attitude.
 - Good in English communication skill
