Due to our developing and expanding our operation in Cambodia, currently we are looking for competent and ambitious talents for Sending Manager.

I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage to take a self-introduction in Japanese language video and technical video of the candidate
  • Train self-introduction in Japanese, learn about Japanese culture, and pre-ask questions to candidates before interviews with clients. 
  • Send interview document/CV and invoice to the Japan side.
  • Report to the Japan side about the interview result. 
  • Verify all the documents before sending them out to the Japan side, interviewing, and before submitting to MLVT, etc.
  • Do report every 1 month, 3 months, and 1 year report to BoD and stakeholders.
  • Make sure all the processes in the department are on timeline.
  • Support trainees both during training before flight to Japan and while working in Japan.
  • Report to COO and CEO
  • Any tasks assigned by the CEO

II. REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
  • Able to speak and write Japanese at least N2 (N1 is preferable)
  •  Able to speak and write English at a good level (daily conversation level)
  • Have experience in team leader at least 3 years
  • Have experience in Japanese company 
  • Able to translate/interpret between Japanese and Khmer 
  •  Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership
  • Intelligence and high responsibility
  • Be able to use PC at an intermediate level (Word, Excel, powerpoint, Email)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment 
  • Have willing to challenge new things

III. WORKING TIME:

  • Mon-Fri, 08:00 AM – 17:00 PM, Break 12:00 PM – 13:00 PM
